Alliance PLG Inc. Shipping Policy 

Alliance PLG inc. ships from our beautiful province of Quebec to most provinces of Canada. We currently do NOT ship outside of Canada. 

  • We ship orders via different carriers. Most in-stock orders are pulled, packed and shipped within 24 hours of your order during weekdays. Orders completed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are usually shipped on Mondays. Orders placed on holidays are typically shipped the following business day. While those conditions are part of our high-standard handling service level and happens for more than 90% of orders, we do not guarantee shipping delays for all orders. We will send a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number to the email address you provided to us at purchase.  
  • Once package is shipped, we do not guarantee delivery time of our carriers. In normal time and conditions, orders are usually delivered 2 to 4 days after shipping date. Please note that delays can be longer for delivery locations outside of Quebec and Ontario as well as remote areas. Please consider that some extraordinary conditions may also affect the delivery time of your purchase beyond our control (e.g. Pandemic, natural catastrophes, Holiday season, etc). Please use the tracking number provided to you by email together with carriers’ tracking websites to get updates on the shipment status of your order. We are happy to assist our customers in situations of unusual delivery delays.  
  • Shipping fees can vary based on delivery location (province), your total purchase amount and shipping service selected. Initial shipping fees will be communicated and charged to you at time of purchase. Any shipping fees beyond the initial shipping to the initial address will be the responsibility of the customer.
